Order Processing and Shipping
Efficient Processing: Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Saturday) after processing. Expedited Orders: To ensure same-day shipping, place your order before 12:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (MST) and select "Expedited" at checkout.
Tracking Information
Stay updated with real-time tracking. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
US Return Policy
Return Guidelines
Return Period: Returns may be made within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
Condition: Items must be unworn and in their original packaging.
Customer Responsibilities: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless they have purchased VIP Free Return Protection.
VIP Free Return Protection (US Only)
With VIP Protection ($2.98): Enjoy hassle-free returns with no return shipping or restocking fees.
Without VIP Protection: Customers are responsible for all return shipping and restocking fees. Non-Returnable Items
Final Sale Items: Clearance items cannot be returned.
Exceptions: Personalized items and custom bracelets cannot be returned. Please see the product description for details.
